The workflow engine treats every external call as auditable: signed requests, structured retries, time-outs, response capture and full payload diffing.

The Data Mapper embeds inside any workflow node so JSON and XML transforms are visual and previewable, not buried in code. The Connection Monitor gives operations a live health dashboard for every upstream — carrier APIs, mail relays, CargoWise, notification webhooks — with per-endpoint alerting and a REST API to plug into your existing observability stack.
