Iris Inbox is the smallest deployment of the Iris Platform. It connects to your existing mailboxes via Microsoft Graph, Google Workspace or Nylas hosted-auth and starts classifying every inbound message in real time — booking, pre-alert, arrival notice, customs, document chase, exception, status enquiry, billing — using a logistics taxonomy calibrated against millions of freight emails.
Logistics references (MBL / HBL / AWB / container / PO / job-number) are extracted with provenance so they can drive folder rules and ownership assignment without operator intervention. Templated auto-acknowledgements free the desk from the most repetitive replies.
When you’re ready to call external systems — webhooks, databases, custom HTTP endpoints — graduate to Iris Automate. Your data, mailboxes, taxonomy and audit history come with you.
