Iris Operate

Mission Control: a single pane for every job, shipment, container and entry.

Everything in Iris Automate plus operational case management. Cases are stitched directly to the originating emails, the AI runs that triaged them and the workflow runs that progressed them — with milestones, exceptions and SLAs governed end-to-end.

Iris Operate replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, shared inboxes and ageing job-tracking screens with a single operational case object. A case represents one real-world unit of work — a freight job, a shipment, a container, a customs entry — and ties together every email, document, classification, draft, approval and external-system call that touched it.

The milestone vocabulary is carrier-agnostic with an explicit happy-path; deviations become exceptions automatically. The exception engine raises, routes and escalates issues using configurable rules. SLAs are tracked in business hours per lane, not wall-clock — an arrival-notice SLA in Dover doesn’t apply over a UK bank-holiday weekend.

CargoWise integration ships out of the box: bi-directional Data Mapper templates for shipments, jobs and milestones, no bespoke code. The Evaluation Worker keeps risk and exception scoring fresh in the background so operator UIs stay responsive even when the stack is doing a lot of work.

Iris Operate includes SSO, SCIM, 7-year audit retention, 24×7 support and a 99.9% SLA. Deployments can be shared multi-tenant in EU/US or a dedicated single-tenant in EU, US or AU.

What’s included

Every Iris Operate subscription includes the capabilities below — no per-feature surcharges, no hidden enterprise edition.

  • Operational case management

Cases for jobs, shipments, containers and customs entries — one row per real-world unit of work, tied back to the originating email.

  • Milestone tracking

Carrier-agnostic milestone vocabulary with an explicit happy-path; deviations become exceptions automatically.

  • Exception engine + SLA monitoring

Configurable rules raise, route and escalate exceptions. SLAs are tracked in business hours per lane, not wall-clock.
